Pre-Bid Meeting Venue: Urban Development & Housing Department, Vikas Bhawan, Patna Scope of Work The selected Swachhata Knowledge Partner (SKP) will be responsible for: - Conducting capacity building and training programs under SBM (Urban 2.0)
- Developing training modules, toolkits, and workshop materials for ULBs
- Providing technical support in sanitation, waste management, and hygiene
- Creating knowledge products, including best practice compendiums
- Deploying qualified master trainers for training delivery
- Supporting ULBs in improving Swachh Survekshan performance
Pre-Qualification Criteria - The bidder must be a legally registered company in India under the Companies Act (1956/2013)
- Must be an empaneled Swachhata Knowledge Partner (SKP)
- Must not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government/PSU
- Must possess valid PAN, GST, and Income Tax registration
Eligibility Criteria - Proven experience in Urban Waste Management / Sanitation / Health & Hygiene
- Experience of consultancy in Swachh Survekshan across at least 50 ULBs
- Experience in executing at least one capacity-building project
- Conducted a minimum of 100 classroom training sessions
- Availability of in-house master trainers in relevant domains
- Experience in developing knowledge and training materials
Financial Criteria - Minimum average annual turnover of Rs 10 Crore during the last three financial years
- Submission of audited financial statements is mandatory
