Advisory
services provided by Rajeev Trainning and Education Pvt. Ltd. are
subject to the following refund and cancellation policies:
Submission
of Bids and Documentation of Tenders, as well as Writing of Proposals:
In the event that the customer decides to back out of the agreement
before any work has been carried out, they will get a complete refund of
all payments made.Refund: In the case that the client
decides to cancel the work after it has already begun, the client will
get a refund that is proportionate to the amount of work that has been
accomplished up to the point when the cancellation was made.Skill Development Tenders: Cancellation:
If customers wish to terminate the service before the deadline for
tender submission, they will be entitled to a full refund of their
payment.
Cancellations
made after the deadline for tender submission will not be eligible for
reimbursement, nor will cancellations made after the deadline if the
tender has already been submitted on the client's behalf.
Government Liaison:
- Cancellation:
Clients can terminate the government liaison service at any time before
the liaison process begins, and they will receive a full refund for
their cancellation fee.
- Cancellations
made after the beginning of the government liaison procedure are not
eligible for a refund and will not be honoured by the organisation.
SSCs, SSDMs, and DSCs are all being panelled:
- Cancellation: Customers
may request a cancellation of the empanelment service at any time prior
to the start of any work linked to the application process, and they
will be given a full refund.
- Once the application process has begun, there will be no longer be any possibility of receiving a refund for any cancellations.
Trainers who have been awarded the TOT Certification by Sector Skill Councils:
- Cancellation:
Customers have the option of cancelling the TOT-certified trainer
service prior to the commencement date of the training programme in
order to receive a full refund of their payment.
- Cancellations received after the beginning of the training programme are not eligible for reimbursement of any kind.
Trainers for the NIESBUD programme, the FocTac programme, the International English Language Testing System, and soft skills:
- Clients
have the option to cancel the trainer service up until the point at
which the training programme officially begins, at which point they will
receive a refund in its entirety.
- Cancellations received after the beginning of the training programme are not eligible for reimbursement of any kind.
Note:
After
receiving the cancellation request, the amount of the refund, if one is
due, will be executed within a period of thirty days.
The
client's refund amount will have a sum withheld from it equal to the
total cost of any third-party costs that Rajeev Trainning and Education Pvt. Ltd. expended on their behalf.
