EOI for Selection of Training Agency for Dairy Sector Training Programs – Nagaur Milk Union (Rajasthan) Nagaur Jila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Ltd., Rajasthan has invited an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the selection of a qualified training agency to conduct training programs for farmers, dairy personnel, and cooperative dairy staff under the National Programme for Dairy Development (NPDD). The selected training agency will be responsible for organizing and conducting training sessions related to dairy operations, quality management, hygiene practices, and milk testing across the Nagaur Milk Union area. The engagement will primarily focus on strengthening the capacity of dairy farmers, milk testing staff, and dairy cooperative personnel through structured training programs and impact assessment studies. Scope of Work The selected training agency will conduct training and evaluation activities including: 1. Training of Farmers - Training on Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Duration: 1 Day
- Participants: 2700 farmers
2. Training of Dairy Personnel - Training for Milk Testers, Plant Staff, and Marketing Staff
- Duration: 3 Days
- Participants: 100 personnel
3. Training for Dairy Cooperative Staff - Training for DCS Staff, BMC Operators, Chilling Centre Staff, AMCU/DPMCU Operators
- Focus on Operations and Quality Management
- Duration: 1 Day
- Participants: 900 personnel
4. NPDD Project Impact Assessment - Conduct evaluation of NPDD project implementation
- Undertake post-project impact assessment
- Prepare success stories and outcome reports
Training Responsibilities The training agency must arrange: - Training hall and facilities
- Audio-visual equipment
- Training materials and stationery
- Refreshments and meals
- Accommodation for participants in 3-day programs
- Documentation including attendance, feedback, and training records
- Photography / videography evidence of training sessions
Eligibility Criteria Training agencies applying for the tender must meet the following conditions: - Must have experience in conducting training programs for cooperative dairy sectors
- Should have conducted minimum 5 training programs for cooperative dairies
- Must have qualified trainers with expertise in:
- Dairy processing
- Quality management
- Food safety systems
- Milk testing
- HACCP
- ISO 22000
- FSSAI / FOSTAC training
- Trainers may include:
- BIS or FOSTAC certified trainers
- NPDD training experts
- Retired dairy professionals with sector experience
The firm should also have experience in training on: - Clean Milk Production
- Dairy Quality Management
- Feed & Fodder Management
- Cattle Care and Breeding Improvement
- Dairy Cooperative Awareness
Preference may be given to training firms located in Rajasthan. Disqualification Conditions Applicants will be disqualified if: - The firm is blacklisted by any Milk Union or Government authority
- The firm has pending cases with Milk Union
- The firm has been terminated or suspended in previous dairy projects
- The bidder has conflict of interest
- The bidder is insolvent or involved in legal proceedings
