Tender Overview The Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) under DDU-GKY 2.0 for implementing placement-linked skill development training programs for rural youth in Nagaland for FY 2026–2028. Scope of Work Selected PIAs will be responsible for: - Conducting placement-linked skill training programs for rural youth

Pre-Qualification Criteria - Must be a registered PIA with valid PRN from Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD)
- Experience in skill training and placement programs
- Preference for:
- Agencies with proven placement track record
- Agencies with training centers in Nagaland
- Projects covering Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
Eligibility Criteria - Must apply through Kaushal Rural Portal (MoRD)
- Proposal must be limited to specified sectors only
- Compliance with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines and SOPs
- Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected
