Scope of Work The empanelled Training Partners will be responsible for: - Mobilization and registration of candidates
- Pre-counseling and career guidance
- Conducting skill training as per SSC/NCVET standards
- Setting up training centers with required infrastructure
- Ensuring biometric attendance and CCTV monitoring
- Assessment coordination and certification
- Placement of candidates (minimum wage compliance)
- Post-placement tracking for up to 1 year
Focus: Employment-linked skill development across Bihar districts Eligibility Criteria · Organizational Eligibility - Registered entity (Company/Trust/Society etc.) for minimum 3 years
- No consortium or joint venture allowed
- Not blacklisted by any Govt. authority
· Experience Criteria - Minimum 3 government skill training projects
- Each project: at least 300 candidates
- Minimum 500 placements in last 3 years
· Placement Requirement - Mandatory Letter of Intent (LoI) for minimum 300 candidates per sector
