Scope of Work The selected agency will provide end-to-end consulting services for modernization of ICT and Electronics training, including: - Assessment of existing training infrastructure
- Designing training strategies and frameworks
- Policy development & business process reengineering
- Gap analysis and benchmarking
- Implementation support for ICT & Electronics training programs
- Capacity building and knowledge transfer to KEONICS staff
- Monitoring, evaluation, and performance improvement frameworks
Pre-Qualification Criteria - Applicants must meet the following:
- Registered firm/company in India (no consortium allowed)
- Minimum 3 years of operational experience
- GST & Income Tax compliant
- ISO 9001 certified (consulting services)
- Office in Bengaluru (or undertaking to establish within 30 days)
- Not blacklisted, no legal disputes (affidavit required)
Eligibility Criteria - At least 1 project (Rs 25 lakh+) in ICT & Electronics Training (Govt/PSU)
- At least 1 EduTech project with Govt/PSU
- At least 1 project in Policy Development / BPR
- Experience supported by work orders & completion certificates
Financial Criteria - Minimum average turnover: Rs 25 lakhs (last 3 years)
- Positive Net Worth in at least one of last 3 financial years
- Financial documents must be CA-certified
Tender Fee & EMD - Tender Fee: As per eProcurement portal
