Scope of Work The selected Training Partner will be responsible for: - Setting up and operationalizing MSDC infrastructure
- Running skill training programs (minimum 5 courses mandatory)
- Training minimum 350 candidates annually
- Ensuring 70% placement of trained candidates
- Managing administration, trainers, and course delivery
- Procuring equipment, utilities, and maintaining infrastructure
- Marketing courses and increasing enrollment
- Ensuring compliance with Government schemes and Skill India portal
- Submitting periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Managing finances, escrow account, and revenue sharing
Additionally: - 50% candidates may be sponsored by PSDM
- Courses must align with industry demand and SSC standards
Eligibility Criteria General Eligibility - Open to Training Partners, NGOs, Corporates, SSCs, Govt. bodies, and JV/Consortium
- Consortium allowed (max 3 partners)
- Lead partner must meet 50% criteria
Experience Criteria Minimum 5 years of existence - Training & Placement:
Placement Tie-Up - Minimum 10 employers for placement of 245 candidates
Other Conditions - Not blacklisted
- Valid registrations (GST, IT, etc.)
